I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel in Almaty, and I can't express how pleasantly surprised I was by their exceptional service and facilities. The spacious two-room suite was not only immaculately clean, but the heating and air conditioning were perfectly balanced, making my stay incredibly comfortable, regardless of the weather outside. I was particularly impressed when the staff kindly returned my forgotten jewellery, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. the well-stocked mini-bar and the convenience of tea and coffee facilities made for a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.
